Valero will pay the full cost for converting qualified locations that do not qualify to be branded under the premier Valero brand. This value brand conversion requires a 7-year agreement with Red Rock Distributing Company, Inc. In order to qualify for the Shamrock brand conversion, a location must meet the following minimum requirements as well as certain economic criteria:
 Canopy:
Required but may be attached or freestanding
Exterior Surface:
Paved drive and parking areas (no gravel, dirt, etc.)
Gasoline Dispensers:
MPDs or electronic dispensers preferred
Facility:
• Must be in good repair
• Bay units are acceptable
Volume Requirements:
Target volume of 25,000 gallons per month
 Overall Appearance:
Must be complimentary to the branded image
